About Maureen
Maureen St. Croix is a natural healing specialist, yoga teacher and certified professional herbalist that specializes in Ayurvedic, Western, and traditional Chinese herbs. She is credentialed as a System’s Health Educator and member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.
She has studied Ayurvedic medicine for nearly ten years. Her studies began at Kerala Ayurveda with Jayaran Kodakannath, Vaidya, where she completed an Ayurvedic Councilor and Pancha Karma certification. In addition, Maureen has worked extensively with world renowned herbalist and teacher Karta Purkh Singh Khalsa, Yogaraj, at the International Integrative Educational Institute. As a yoga practitioner, she holds a 500 hour designation in Prana Flow yoga under the tutelage of Shiva Rea and Coral Brown.
Maureen lives with her family on the South Shore of Massachusetts. Her virtual consultations and bespoke services allow her to share her expertise with clients from across the globe.
